* 2 Cheyotes * Dried shrimp - 7 to 8 pieces * 1/2 lbs of chicken * Dried baby scallops - 7 to 8 pieces * Two ginger slices * Two clover of garlics * Soy sauce - 1 tblspoon * Salt - 1/2 teaspoon * Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon * Oyster sauce - 1 tblspoon * Cooking wine - 1 tblspoon * Corn starch - 1.5 teaspoon * Chicken broth - 1/2 cup
Preparation steps:
* Peel skin and cut Cheyotes into slices * Cut chicken into dices (or chunks) and marinate with soy sauce, salt, sugar, Oyster sauce, cooking wine, corn starch * wash dried shrimp and baby scallops
Cooking steps:
* Preheat searing pan with 1 1/2 tablespoon oil (olive or vegetable) * Add Garlic & Ginger - stir fry till lightly brown * Add chicken (medium flame) - stir and cook till noticably brown * Add Cheyotes, dried shrimp, dried scallops and mix with chicken, add 1/2 cup of water - cook with lid for 3 - 4 minutes (medium low flame) * Stir or flip to other side for another minutes * Add gravy mix (medium low flame), let cook till thickens * Add scallion, you are ready to served.
