Ingredients Used:

* Tofu - 10 - 12 chunks                       * Soy Sauce  - 2 tablespoon
* Scallions                                        * Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoon
                                                        * Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
                                                        * Sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoon
                                                        * Chicken broth - 1 1/4 cup (style foam cup)
                                                        * Corn starch - 1 teaspoon

Preparation steps:

* Cut Tofu into squares (1/2 to 3/4 inches)
* Cut 2 straws of scallions into dices
* Mix Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, Chicken broth, and corn starch together in a    bowl

*** Make sure tofu is dry with napkins or paper towel.***

Cooking Steps:

* Preheat searing or non-stick pan with oil (high flame)
* Add garlic to stir fry till lightly brown
* Place tofu in pan (medium heat), let sear to brown then flip to other side. (approx. 2 minutes per side)
* After 2nd side has seared for 2 minutes, add Ingredients mix from bowl. (medium low flame). Let cook till gravy thickens. (** Ensured tofu is not sticking to Pan)
* Add scallions.  You are ready to served.
