* Preboiled a pot of water * Cut Bai Choy into prefer size and wash * Add Bai Choy to hot water and boil for 2 minutes. If prefer softer, add another minute. * Drain and place on plate * Cut beef into slices and add Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, corn starch, cooking wine, sesame oil, sugar and salt.
** Use hand to marinate beef.
Cooking Steps:
* Preheat sear pan or Wok with 1 1/2 tablespoon oil * Add ginger and garlic to lightly brown * Add beef to stir fry for a minute * Add gravy mix till thicken. Pour on top of Bai choy. You are ready to served.
