| For 1 - 2 lbs of oily greens |
Ingredients Used:
* Oily Greens * Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon * Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon * Corn Starch - 2 teaspoon * Oyster Sauce - 3 tablespoon * Sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoon * Garlic - 2 pieces

Preparation steps:
* Pre-boiled a pot of water * Cut in half * WASH the oily green well - they are sandy

Cooking steps:
* Boil oily green - generally 3 -4 minutes, but if you like it softer, another minute. * Take out oily green and drain water, place in plate afterward.
* Make gravy - mixed all ingrediants together (expect for garlic) * Preheat Wok or Searing Pan with oil * Add garlic - fry till light brown * Add gravy mix till thicken and pour over oily green. You are ready to served. |
