* Chop pork into mince (Do not use meat process machine) * Crush water chestnuts * Cut ginger into thinly slices * Chop salty fish into small piece (use meat chopper) * Mix minced pork, water chestnuts, and salty fish together with soy sauce, corn starch, Oyster sauce along with 3/4 cup of water * Place in steaming plate, add sliced ginger and add few drops of oil on top
Cooking steps:
* Preheat Wok with water (you will need a steamer bracket) * Add minced pork with salty fish to steam for 10 - 112 minutes depending on the thickness of your plate. (Generally, you can tell if its ready by way the meat shrinks and water become obvious)
