* Soak 1/2 cup of yeast mushroom (dry good) with warm water till softens (10 minutes or so). Wash and clean after softens. * Cut chickens into chunks and mix with sugar, soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Cooking wine, corn starch, ginger strips, and yeast mushroom (softens and washed) into a steaming plate.
Cooking steps:
* Preheat Wok with water till boil along with steaming tool. * Place plates of chicken in Wok and steam for 15 minutes. Add scallions on last minute. You are ready to served.
