Ingredients Used:

* Pork - 1 lbs                                                    * Soy sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoon
* Salted turnip - 30 - 40 strips                             * Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
                                                                       * Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
                                                                       * Sugar - 1 teaspoon
                                                                       * Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
                                                                       * Corn starch - 2 teaspoon
                                                                       * Scallions - 2 straws
Preparation steps:

* Mince pork either choping or use a food processor
* Marinate pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, and corn starch and add 1/2 cup (syle foam cup) of water to mix
* Place in plate for steaming and add scallions on top

Cooking steps:

* Preheat Wok of water to boil
* Place plate in to steam for 20 minutes (high flame)
* You are ready to served after 20 minutes.
