Ingredients used:

* 2 Eggs              * Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
* 1 Salted egg      * Scallion

Preparation Steps:

* Preboiled Wok with water
* Crack all eggs in plate and fluff till yellowish
* Add 1 cup of water (style foam cup) and fluff evenly
* Add scallions

Cooking Steps:

*  Place in Wok for steaming - approximate 10 minutes for Ceremic plate and 5 for stainless steel plate
*** Cover with another plate during steaming process, eggs will be more silky***
