Ingredients Used:
* Half of Flounder - 1/2 * Bada lemon Pepper - 1 tablespoon * Buddist Delight - can * Oyster Sauce - 1 tablespoon * Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon * Frying starch - 4 tablespoon

Preparation steps:
* Mix Frying starch with Lemon Pepper and 2 tablespoon water * Cut Flounder into slices or squares (your preference) and dip into frying starch mix * Drain excess water from Buddist delight, set aside.

Cooking steps:
* Preheat searing pan with 1 tablespoon oil. (Medium high flame) Add Buddist delight and cook for 2 minutes. Add gravy mixed till thickens. Place Buddist delight on plate. * Wash and Preheat searing pan with 5 tablespoon oil * Pan fry each pieces of flounder dipped from starch mix till golden brown or if your prefer to just lightly brown. (This will take approximately 7 - 8 minutes for both sides). Set on top of Buddist delight. You are ready to served.
Gravy mix:
Mix 1 teaspoon corn starch with sugar, oyster sauce and 3/4 cup water. | |
