* Shrimp - 1 Lbs * Sugar - 2 teaspoon * Ginger - 2 slices * Ketchup - 4 teaspoon * Garlic - 2 clover * Soy sauce - 2 teaspoon * Scallions - 1 straw

Preparation steps:
* Remove shell from shrimp & wash vein on middle of shrimp. Set aside to dry. * Chop garlic into dices * Cut ginger slices * Cut Scallions into dices * Mix Ketchup with sugar and soy sauce

Cooking steps:
* Preheat searing pan with 2 tablespoon oil * Add ginger and garlic to lightly brown * Add shrimp and stir fry for 4 minutes or till shrimp turn white * Add ketchup mix and stir fry for another 2 minutes. You are ready to served.
