* Remove shell from shrimp and clean. Marinate shrimp with cooking wine, corn starch, sugar, soy sauce and white pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes. * Open and drain water from Tofu box. Cut to chunks or slices.
Cooking steps:
* Preheat searing pan with 2 tablespoon oil * Add a couple of scallions (white sections) and garlic to lightly brown * Add shrimp and stir fry for 1 minutes. (medium flame) * Add Tofu with shrimp and lightly stir fry. Let Tofu sear on 1 side. (~2-3 minutes) * Add Gravy mix for 1 minute. You are ready to served.
Gravy mix:
1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon corn starch, 1/2 cup of chicken broth and mix together.
