Ingredients:

* Bonless Flounder - 1 Lbs                * Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
* Ginger - 6 slices                             * Soy sauce - 1/4 teaspoon
* Scallion - 2 straws                          * Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
* Egg White  - 1                                * Corn starch - 1/4 teaspoon
                                                       * Pepper - pinch
                                                       * Cooking wine - 1 teaspoon

Preparation steps:

* Cut flounder into slices
* Mix ingredients salt, pepper, corn starch, egg white together first
* Add flounder to the mix
Cooking steps:

* Preheat searing pan with 2 tablespoon oil (medium flame)
* Add ginger slices to lightly brown
* Add flounder slices to stir fry till golden brown on both side (~2-3 minutes on each side)
* Add scallions and stir fry another 1 minute
* Add gravy mix till thickens.  You are ready to served.

Gravy Mix:

Mix sugar, Soy sauce, cooking wine, corn starch and 3 teaspoon water
