Ingredients Used:

* Crabs - 6                              * Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon 
* Pork - 1/4 lbs                        * Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
* Ginger - 5 slices                    * Sugar - 1 teaspoon
* Garlic - 3 clovers                    * Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
* Scallions - 4 straws                * Cooking wine - 1 1/2 tablespoon
* Eggs - 2                                * Corn starch - 1 tablespoon 
                                               * Water - 1/2 cup

Preparation steps:

* Wash and decap the crabs (save yolks from crab cap if not keeping)
* Scrambe eggs till fluff
* Minced pork and mix with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, cooking wine, corn starch

Cooking steps:

* Preheat Wok with 2 1/2 tablespoon oil (high heat)
* Add ginger, garlic and few scallions to slightly brown
* Add Crabs and mix evenly.  Let cook on 1 side for 2 minutes then flip to other for 2 minutes.
* Add minced pork and mix evenly for 2 mintues
* Add 1/2 cup of water, mix evenly and let cook for another 2 minutes with lid closed (medium flame)
* Add egg and mix evenly till cook. 
* Add rest of scallions and mix evenly for 1 minutes.  You are ready to served.
