Cantonese Steak

2 Steak ( T-Bone or no bone)

Ingredients used:

* Steak                              * Light Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoon
* 1 Stalk of broccoli             * Oyster Sauce - 2 tablespoon
* 4 slices of ginger              * Sugar - 2 teaspoon
                                        * Corn Starch - 4 teaspoon
                                        * Cooking wine - use the Taiwanese brand                                                               (better taste) - 1 tablespoon
                                        * Pepper - 1 teaspoon or so


Preparation Steps:

* Add ingrediants (Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, sugar, corn starch, Cooking wine & Pepper) to steak

* After mixed ingrediants and steak, let sit for 10 minutes.

Key:  Mix ingrediants and steak with your hand.  Wash afterward.

* Boil hot water for broccoli.  Wash and cut broccoli to individual stalk size. Add to hot water for 2 minutes. (Cook longer if softer broccoli is preferred)

Cooking Steps:

* Preheat a Non-stick Pan with oil (1 1/2 tablespoon).  [Medium high heat]
* Add ginger - fry till lightly brown
* Add steak
* Sear 1st side for 3 - 4 minutes depending on thickness of steak ( another minutes if well done is preferred)
* Flip steak to other side for another 3 - 4 minutes depending on the thickness of steak.
* Using bowl from steak and ingrediant mix; add 1 teaspoon corn starch and 3/4 cup of water.  (add another 1/4 cup of water if more gravy is desired) 
* Pour gravy mix with steak till gravy thickens.
* Shut off flame.
* Cut into slices and add broccoli.  Pour gravy over steak.  You are ready to served.
