* Cut beef into slices and hand mix with soy sauce, Oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine, corn starch * Cut ginger slices * Cut cauliflower in to pieces and wash * Preboiled cauliflower for 5 minutes and set aside to drained
Cooking steps:
* Preheat wok with 2 tablespoon oil * Add ginger slices and garlic to lightly brown * Add beef and cook evenly, add gravy mix till lightly thickens (medium flame) * Add cauliflower and mix evenly for 2 minutes. You are ready to served

* Use bowl mix from beef. Add 1 corn starch. Add 3/4 cup chicken broth and mix together.
