Ingredients Used:

* Beef - 1/4 lbs             * Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon 
* Cauliflower - 1            * Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
* Ginger - 2 slices        * Sugar - 1 teaspoon
* Garlic - 2 clover         * Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
                                  * Corn starch - 1 teaspoon     
                                  * Chicken broth - 3/4 cup                                           
Preparation steps:

* Cut beef into slices and hand mix with soy sauce, Oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine, corn starch
* Cut ginger slices
* Cut cauliflower in to pieces and wash
* Preboiled cauliflower for 5 minutes and set aside to drained
 
Cooking steps:

* Preheat wok with 2 tablespoon oil
* Add ginger slices and garlic to lightly brown
* Add beef and cook evenly, add gravy mix till lightly thickens (medium flame)
* Add cauliflower and mix evenly for 2 minutes.  You are ready to served

Gravy Mix:

* Use bowl mix from beef.  Add 1 corn starch.  Add 3/4 cup chicken broth and mix together.
