* Cut steak into chunks or strips * Cut pineapple into chunk slices * Cut ginger slices, scallions, onions * Marinate steak with soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Sugar, Cooking wine, corn starch, pepper, salt (set aside for 10 minutes prior to cooking - marinate with hands)
Cooking steps:
* Preheat searing pan or non-stick pan with oil (high flame) * Add ginger, garlic and half of the scallions to lightly brown * Add steak and stir fry for 3 minutes * Add onions and stir fry for another 3 minutes * Add pineapple * Add gravy mixed and cook till thickens. You are ready to served.

** Used the bowl or pan that the steak was being marinated with, add chicken broth and 1 teaspoon corn starch and mix.**
