Ingredients Used:

* Steak - 1 or 2 slices                                             * Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
* Pineapple - 10 - 15 chunks                                    * Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoon
* Onion - 1/4                                                           * Sugar - 2 teaspoon
* Scallions - 2 straws                                              * Cooking wine - 2 tablespoon
* Ginger - 3 slices                                                   * Pepper - 1 teaspoon
* Garlic - 2 clover                                                    * Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
                                                                             * Corn starch - 2 teaspoon
                                                                             * Chicken broth - 3/4 cup
                                                                             
Preparation steps:

* Cut steak into chunks or strips
* Cut pineapple into chunk slices
* Cut ginger slices, scallions, onions
* Marinate steak with soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Sugar, Cooking wine, corn starch, pepper, salt (set aside for 10 minutes prior to cooking - marinate with hands)

Cooking steps:

* Preheat searing pan or non-stick pan with oil (high flame)
* Add ginger, garlic and half of the scallions to lightly brown
* Add steak and stir fry for 3 minutes  
* Add onions and stir fry for another 3 minutes
* Add pineapple
* Add gravy mixed and cook till thickens.  You are ready to served.

Gravy mixed:

** Used the bowl or pan that the steak was being marinated with, add chicken broth and 1 teaspoon corn starch and mix.**
