Ingredients Used:
* Beef - 1/2 lbs * Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon * Ginger - 2 slices * Oyster Sauce - 2 tablespoon * Sugar - 1 teaspoon * Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon * Seasame oil - 1/2 teaspoon (optional) * Cooking wine - 2 teaspoon |
Preparation steps:
* Pre-boil pot of water. Cook Tze Gua for 2 mintues or so. Cook longer if prefer softer. Take out and drained. Lay Tze Gua on plate. * Cut beef into slices * Cut ginger slices into thin pieces * Add ingredients and mixed with hand

Cooking Steps:
* Preheat searing pan with 1 1/2 tablespoon of oil (olive or vegetable) - turn to low heat
* Add beef and stir evenly
* Add Gravy mix to beef and stir till thickens. Pour over Tze Gua. Your are ready to served.
Gravy Mix:
Use marinated bowl from beef and add 2 teaspoon corn starch. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce. 1/2 teaspoon sugar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix with 1/2 cup of water. - this is the Gravy mix.
