* 1 Lbs of Chicken wings * Sugar - 3 teaspoon * Wine - 1/4 cup * Corn starch - 2 teaspoon w/ 1/4 cup of water * Ginger - 2 or 3 slices * Scallions - 3 straws * Lime - 1 or 2 * Aged Soy sauce - 2 Tablespoon
Preparation Steps:

Cook steps:
* Place gingers into boiling water * Place washed chicken wings into boiled water at Mid-high flame for 8 minutes and drained * Mixed drained chicken wings with Aged old Soy sauced * Preheat searing pan and add 2 tablespoon oil (any type, I used Olive) * Add Chicken wings ONLY (saved Soy sauce) to searing pan and sear till brown on both side. * Add 1/2 cup of water when both side of the wings are brownish and add saved Aged Soy sauce. * Add 3 Teaspoon of sugar * Squeeze 1 or 2 lime juice into chicken wings. (Normally 1 1/2 Lime is good enough, but if you are really into limes, add 2) * Let cook for a minute. Add Gravy mix till thickens. You are ready to served.
(Note: I garnish with Cucumber, but you can use any of your favors. Just plain is good too!)
