* 1 Chicken breast * Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon * 5 stalks of Chinese bai choy * Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon * 2 Ginger slices * Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon * 2 Garlic clover * Sugar - 1 teaspoon * Corn starch - 2 tablespoon * Salt - 1/2 teaspoon * 3/4 cup water
Preparation steps:
* Wash and drain Chinese bai choy * Cut bai choy into halves or length of desire * Preboiled a pot of water * Cut chicken breast into thin slices * Marinate with Oyster sauce, Soy sauce, Cooking wine, sugar, Corn starch, salt
Cooking steps:
* Preboils Bai Choy for 3 minutes, take out and drained. Lay on plate. * Preheat searing pan with 2 tablespoon oil (olive or canola) * Add ginger and garlic to lightly brown * Add Chicken. Mix evenly in searing pan (medium high flame). Let sear for 2 minutes on side 1 and flip. Sear for another 2 minutes till lightly brown. Add gravy mix and cook for 2 minutes. * Pour chicken over Chinese Bai Choy. You are ready to served.
Gravy Mix:
** Mix 3/4 cup of water with corn starch and add 1 tablespoon additional Oyster sauce.
