* Cut Ginger slices into thin slices * Add 3 teaspoon of salt to chicken wings and mix evenly then rinse with water. * Hand mix chicken wings with Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Cooking wine, Red wine vinegar, Sugar, Corn starch, Ginger powder and Ginger slices - set aside to marinate for 5 mintues
Cooking Steps:
* Preheat searing pan with 2 1/2 tablespoon oil (high flame) * Add Garlic to lightly brown * Add chicken wings, mix and spread evenly (medium flame). Cover and cook for 4 minutes * Uncover and flip wings to other side, cover and cook for another 4 minutes. * Add Gravy mix and cook till thickens.
Gravy Mix:
* Use bowl from chicken mix. Add 1 teaspoon corn starch. Add 3/4 cup of chicken broth and mix together.
