Ingredients Used:

* Chicken - 1 breast                                                 * Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoon       
* 1/2 green pepper, orange pepper, yellow pepper       * Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
* 20 baby corns (from Can or fresh)                           * Sugar - 1 teaspoon
* Garlic - 2 clover                                                     * Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
* Ginger - 1 slice                                                       * Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
                                                                              * Corn starch - 2 teaspoon
                                                                              * Parsley flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
                                                                              * Water - 1 1/2 tablespoon

Preparation steps:

* Washed & cut pepper into pieces
* Washed & cut chicken into slices
* Baby corn (Can) - washed and cut in halves
* Cut ginger slices into thin strips
* Mixed Chicken with Oyster sauce, Soy sauce, Cooking wine, Sugar, Salt, Corn starch, Parsley flakes, ginger strip and water 

Note:  mixed with hand for quick flavoring for chicken

Cooking steps:

* Preheat searing or non-stick pan with 2 tablespoon oil (High flame)
* Add garlic and lightly brown (low flame)
* Add Chicken and stir fry evenly for 3 minutes (medium flame)
* Add baby corn and stir fry evenly for 3 minutes
* Add pepper and stir fry evenly for 2 minutes.  Add gravy mix and stir mix till thickens.  You are ready to served.

Gravy mix:  Use the bowl for chicken and ingredient mix, add 1 teaspoon corn starch and 1/2 cup of water.  (can sub water with chicken broth)
