* Wash drumstick and removed excess water with paper towel * Mixed drumstick with ginger powder, Char Siu Sauce, Cooking wine, Salt, corn starch and chicken broth and let it marinate for 10 minutes
Cookings Steps:
* Preheat searing Pan with 2 tablespoon oil * Add drumstick to sear on the 1st side for 4 minutes (medium flame) * Rotate drumstick to sear on the 2nd side for another 3 minutes * Rotate back to 1st side or another side and add onions for 1 minute * Add gravy mix for a minute or till thickens. * Use the marinated bowl and add 1/4 cup of water. Mix evenly with marinated ingredients.
