Ingredients Used:

* Light Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoon
* Oyster Sauce - 3 teaspoon
* Sugar (Brown/Regular) - 1 teaspoon
* Corn Starch - 1 1/2 teaspoon
* Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
* Dry Ginger Powder - 1 tablespoon
* Cooking Wine (ShaoXing/Taiwanese brand) - 1 tablespoon

Preparation Steps:

* Mixed all ingrediants with Pork Chops

Key:  Don't be afraid to use your hand for mixing the ingrediants with the Pork Chops.  You can wash hand afterward.

Cooking Steps:

* Preheat Wok or Pan.  Add oil (Olive or Vegetable) - 1 1/2 teaspoon
   (While waiting for Wok/Pan heating, cut 6-7 ginger slices and scallions)

* When oil is heated, add ginger.  Fry to lightly brown.

* Add Pork Chop. (Do not pour marinated sauce in, we'll save for gravy later)

* Cook Pork Chop for 3 minutes.  Then flip to other side and cook for 4 minutes. (Add scallions on the last minute.)

* Mixed another 1/2 teaspoon corn starch to marinated sauce with 1/2 cup water. (For more gravy, add another 1/4 cup water)

*  Add marinated sauce into Pork Chop.  Cook till thicken.  You are ready to served.
