Preparation steps:
* Cut pork chops into halves and marinate with Soy sauce, Maggie seasoning, Oyster sauce, Sugar, Cooking wine, corn starch and black pepper * Cut portabello mushroom into slices

Cooking steps:
* Preheat searing Pan with 1 1/2 tablespoon oil (olive or vegetable) * Add ginger slices - stir fry till lightly brown * Add pork chops (medium flame) - stir and cook with lid for 3- 4 minutes * Flip pork chops to other side for another 3 minutes, then add portabello mushrooms - cook with lid for another 1 minutes * Add gravy mix (medium low flame) and let simmer till thickens * Add scallion, you are ready to served.
