Ingredients Used:

*  4 Pork Chops                   *  Aged soy sauce - 2 tablespoon            
*  2 Portabello mushrooms   * Maggie seasoning - 1 tablespoon     
*  2 slices of ginger              * Oyster Sauce - 2 tablespoon      
                                          *  Sugar - 1 teaspoon          
                                          * Cooking Wine  - 2 tblspoon
                                          * Corn starch - 1.5 teaspoon
                                          *  Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
                                             
Preparation steps:

* Cut pork chops into halves and marinate with Soy sauce, Maggie seasoning, Oyster sauce, Sugar, Cooking wine, corn starch and black pepper
* Cut portabello mushroom into slices

Cooking steps:

* Preheat searing Pan with 1 1/2 tablespoon oil (olive or vegetable)
* Add ginger slices - stir fry till lightly brown
* Add pork chops (medium flame) - stir and cook with lid for 3- 4 minutes
* Flip pork chops to other side for another 3 minutes, then add portabello mushrooms - cook with lid for another 1 minutes
* Add gravy mix (medium low flame) and let simmer till thickens
* Add scallion, you are ready to served.
Gray mix steps:

* Save the marinated bowl or plate used to marinate pork chop.
* Add 1.5 teaspoon corn starch
* Add 2 teaspoon aged soy sauce
* Add 3/4 cup chicken broth and mixed
