Ingredients Used:

* 2 Boneless pork chops               * Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
* 1 stalk of celery                         * Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
* Ginger - 2 slices                        * Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
                                                  * Sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoon
                                                  * Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
                                                  * Corn starch - 1 1/2 teaspoon
                                                  * Chicken broth - 1/2 cup
                                               
Preparation steps:

* Cut pork chops into think slices
* Wash and cut celery into slices 
* Marinate sliced pork chops with salt, Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Sugar, Cooking wine and Corn starch
 
Cooking steps:

* Preheat cooking pan with oil (2 tablespoon) - high heat
* Add ginger slices till lightly brown - medium heat
* Add pork slices and cook for 5 minutes with continual flipping
* Add celery and stir for 1 minutes.  Add chicken broth mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch for another minutes.  You are ready to served.
